Test(s)/Package(s) and providing a Discount Coupon(Discount
percentage & MRP of Test(s)/Package(s) can be changed at any
time without any prior notice to you/customer/patient).
Terms include without limitation - price, payment
methods, payment terms, mode of delivery, Lab Time slots for
home collection/Self Visit,Reports authentication and not
limited to.
LabUncle does not have any control over and does not
determine or advise or in any way involve itself in the
offering or acceptance of, such commercial / contractual terms
offered by and agreed to, between you/customer/patient and
Third Party Labs.
Third Party Labs are solely responsible for ensuring
the services providing to customer.
LabUncle is not responsible of Third Party Labs slots
availability which are shown as available on the Website at the
time of booking of order by You and later it will change.
LabUncle will not and is not required to act as
mediator or resolve any dispute or disagreement between
you/customer/patient and Third Party Labs.
ThirdParty Labs are solely responsible for ensuring of
Services of Lab Tests or fulfill your requirement.
Slot confirmation is fully dependent on Third party
labs. LabUncle is not liable to fix and confirm the slots, we
just take your/customer's/patient's prefered slots and share it
to the Third Party labs.Once discount vouncher has been
generated from LabUncle through any medium (online or
offline),it's customer's or lab's responsibilty to contact each
other for slot finalization.
LabUncle is not responsible for Reports Authentication
and for all other reports related issues it is sole
responsibility of Third party lab(s) for which you have booked.
At any time Third Party Labs have full authority to
deny for giving a specific discount mentioned on LabUncls's
booking voucher, LabUncle is not responsible for these type of
issues in these types of situation LabUncle's voucher would be
null or void.
If there would be any conflicts in MRP or Discount
between LabUncle and third party labs. In that case,the final
decision would be of third party lab.
